Amaze
are made-to-order, unless otherwise noted. Typically, your order will
be shipped from our location 3 to 4 weeks after we have received the
order and payment has been authorized, (We do stock a limited inventory
of finished product, and, if available, these shoes can be delived within
2-5 business days.) Our standard shipping service, for orders to be delivered
within the Malaysia and Singapore Priority Mail.

Please fill in the order form and don't leave blank the required fields to
facilitate us to get in touch with you. Then Submit to us.
Our staff responds to Inquiries during regular business hours, although we
also attempt to answer Inquiries in the evenings and weekends whenever possible!
Inquiries are normally answered within 4-8 hours on week days and 8-10 on weekends.
Once you ready to place your order, Payment could be paid in RM via Bank Transfer
to our account. We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to
be shipped.
We will send you the copy of shipping bill. We'll keep in touch until the order
arrives safely.
If you haven't found what you are looking for in our website please contact
us with a description of the items you desire (photos if possible) and we will
provide you with all available information accordingly.
Expedited Ordering/Shipping
If our production schedule allows, special arrangements can be made for expedited
order processing and shipping for gift purchases. We understand the timeliness
of gift giving, and we will do our best to accommodate our customers needs.
Please contact us for the availability of expedited order/shipping arrangements.
Payment for expedited orders that will require express shipping will be processed
manually.
Please note: If the billing address you enter into the shopping cart does not
match that which is on file at the financial institution for your credit card
account, or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right
to cancel the order without notification.

Order total: $500.01+ — Contact Us
Additional shipping charges will be added to orders over 5 lbs. Please contact
us regarding additional fees prior to placing an order for more than 4 pairs
of shoes per shipment. If items are being shipped to more than one address,
we require that a separate order be placed for each individual shipping address.
Each pair of shoes are packaged in sturdy white corrugated cardboard boxes.
Orders to be delivered within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail. Typically,
delivery is made 2-3 business days after the order leaves our location.
International Ordering & Shipping
Please contact us for international order inquiries prior to placing an order
via our online. We will be happy to send you an estimate for international
shipping fees. Please enter the following international

Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our production schedule and the "made-to-order" nature of
our handpainted products, order changes or cancellations must be made within
2 days following the original order date. Customer will be responsible for
payment of orders as is, if no arrangements have been made for changes or cancellations
within the 2 day time frame. Please contact us to make any changes to your
order.
Returns Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amaze Fashion
However, if you would like to return* an item, please be aware of the following
conditions:
DAMAGE MERCHANDISE
• Returnable/exchangeable merchandise must be returned to us in original
(unworn) condition within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
If the damaged caused by Amaze Fashion , we will refund the amount of damaged
as a new credit for your next order.
Claims for negligence with regards to quality of goods must be supported by
photos and made within 2 weeks from received date .
• Shoe purchases must be returned in their original white cardboard boxes.
Please package the shoes and white shoe box(es) inside of a
sturdy shipping box. Do not use the white shoebox as a shipping
box.
• Refunds will be credited to the original account.
• Custom orders are not returnable.
• Customer is responsible for selecting the correct design, quantity, size,
color, and style of shoes before an order is placed.
• Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address when
an order is placed. Customers will be responsible for original
and re-shipping fees if an item is returned to us due to incorrect
shipping information entered into our online shopping cart.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• It is the customer's expense to return merchandise to us, unless merchandise
was defective or you received incorrect merchandise. If you receive
incorrect or defective merchandise, or if there is damage to the
merchandise due to mishandling during shipping, please contact us
immediately.
• Fees for re-shipping exchange items is the responsibility of the customer.
*Certain shoe designs are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

our handpainted shoes. Our products are made with care and attention to detail.
